RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you want to change your article you can return it and you will be repaid. You can return one or more articles within 14 working days starting from the delivery date. Before returning an item make sure of its conditions: it has to be intact with the price tag. Nuna Lie can refuse items ruined or returned late.

In this case we will send you again the package at your expense. Generally we accept a return within 3 working days starting from the delivery date. Then, we will repay you within 14 working days depending on the credit card used for the purchase. You will be directly and totally refund( except from the shipping costs) on your credit card or pay pall account, according to the payment method you chose for the order.

If you make an order by counterfoil, giving cash to the courier, send us an e-mail to the mail address resi@nunalie.it specifying the holder and the IBAN. In this case you will be refund by bank transfer to your account.

FROM ITALY

To return an article received in Italy, you need to arrange the pick-up online on www.sda.it. These are the instructions:
• Go to the website www.sda.it and click on “Prenota ritiro” (Book the pick-up) and then on “Ritiri singoli” (Single pick-up).
• After ticking the box ““Autorizzo al trattamento dei dati personali” (I authorize the treatment of my personal data), complete the field “Nome e cognome” (Name and surname) an tick the box “Non ho dati fiscali” (I do not have fiscal data).
• Insert the details about the place you want your items to be picked up and click on “Avanti” (Ahead). In the area “Informazioni sulla spedizione” (Information about the shipping) insert the number 1 where it says “Pacchi” (Packs) and 1 Kg in the field “Peso” (Weight), no matter how many items you return.
• In the section “Modalità di pagamento” (Payment methods) tick the first box “Lettera di Vettura” ( Consignment note) and insert the 13 digits number you find under the barcode in the return sheet and then insert the “Codice cliente” (Client code) 621970. Click on “Sì” (Yes) to confirm the shipping address that is PROPAGE SRL.
• Finally select the date and the time slot (if possible) when you want the pick-up to be done.
Inside your package you will find the return sheet that you need to give to the courier. It is not necessary to complete it but, if you want, you can fill in the section relating to the sender. The return shipment is free.

ABROAD:

To return an item from any other country, you need to ship the package on your own to the following delivery address: Propage SRL, Via Edoardo Amaldi 24 - 00015 Monterotondo Scalo (Roma) – Italy.
Shipping costs are at your expense. You can choose the shipping method but we recommend a safe one.

CHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

To change an item you need to return it and proceed to a new on line purchase. We cannot directly change or substitute an article.
